MBC EC (191) Meeting

The 191st Executive Committee Meeting of the Myanmar Baptist Convention (MBC) was held via the Zoom application from June 9–12, 2026.

The meeting was attended by the three Presidents of the Myanmar Baptist Convention, General Secretary, Associate General Secretary and Treausrer of MBC; Presidents and General Secretaries of the Language and regional conventions, the representatives of ministers, men, women, and youth; the secretaries of Judson University and Baptist Association for Theological Education in Myanmar; as well as chairpersons and directors from various departments of the MBC.

During the meeting, reports and presentations were submitted by the General Secretary, Treasurer, and department heads. The Executive Committee also reviewed and discussed matters related to the revision of rules and regulations, personnel affairs, the appointment and sending of representatives, and other matters presented by various Convention committees. After thoughtful discussion and recommendations, the matters were endorsed and approved, and necessary decisions were made.

In addition, preparations are currently underway for the construction of staff housing for Convention employees. It is hoped that the project will be sufficiently prepared so that, at the next Executive Committee Meeting, the Convention may dedicate the staff housing project and give thanks and praise to God for His grace and provision.
